YOUR PIERROT ORDER 

We aim to dispatch your order as soon as possible but please note lead times will vary as every piece is painted to order. On occasion, lead times may be extended due to volume of orders or national holidays. Please refer to the 'details' section on product pages for an estimated lead time. We will do our best to improve lead times where possible.

DELIVERY ADDRESS

Please ensure that you provide us with the correct delivery address. It is the responsibility of the customer to supply all the appropriate contact details to enable our third party couriers to deliver your parcel to the correct address. For any parcels that do not reach their intended destination due to incorrect information being given, all charges incurred to rectify incorrect delivery or loss of an item will be the responsibility of the customer.

ITEM DESCRIPTIONS

Please note that every care has been taken to ensure all products are represented accurately in the Pierrot Website photographs and product descriptions. However please note that due to variations in screen calibration, we cannot guarantee that the colour you see on your screen is a true representation of the colour of the product.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS – IMPORT DUTIES & TAX

Delivery and shipping estimates can be provided on request. Final delivery costs may be subject to additional charges such as import duties. Customers are recommended to contact their local authorities if purchasing from outside the UK to confirm what tax and duty may be applicable.
